The Firm has a particular area of experience in which it has represented physicians, psychologists, physician assistant-certified, nurses and other caregivers licensed by the State of Texas before their respective boards. Also, our firm’s attorneys are available to advise physicians, physician practice groups, and hospitals regarding Medicare quality investigations. Board and Medicare investigations are critical to the very livelihood of any licensed healthcare professional or institution. Each complaint receives our fullest attention to detail to achieve satisfactory results for our clients.
We have represented health care providers in front of the Texas Medical Board, the Texas Board of Dental Examiners, the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners, the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. To show examples of the level of our work, in 2006, we handled 34 matters, in 2007, 38, and in 2008, 61. Additionally, one of the most prestigious medical schools in the country entrusts us to handle all of the Board investigations for their faculty members.
