Wendy Hermes is a trial and appellate attorney. She is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma. She is admitted to practice in federal court before the Northern and eastern Districts of Texas, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Before starting her private practice, she interned for the Honorable Sidney Fitzwater in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Ms. Hermes has both first and second chair trial experience. She has routinely represented health care providers in state and federal court, and has also maintained a successful appellate practice.
